2. Service Scope and Technical Standards
Our services include vehicle diagnostics, ECU repair and programming, electrical system repairs, immobiliser services, and accessory installation. We focus on providing quality electrical services using professional diagnostic equipment and techniques suitable for modern vehicle systems.
While we perform services to professional standards, diagnostic outcomes can be influenced by vehicle age, system complexity, and pre-existing conditions. We provide clear explanations to ensure realistic expectations and satisfactory results.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful diagnostic and repair outcomes, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate vehicle information and service history
- Disclose any known electrical issues or previous repairs
- Inform us of any aftermarket installations or modifications
- Ensure vehicle is accessible for diagnostic equipment
- Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
- Follow technical advice for electrical system maintenance

4. Vehicle Access and Diagnostic Requirements
Clients must provide access to the vehicle's OBD port and electrical systems. Vehicles with security systems may require keys and programming equipment. We reserve the right to request additional time or resources for vehicles with complex electrical systems.
We cannot work on vehicles with dangerous electrical faults or those requiring specialist equipment beyond our scope.
5. Booking and Confirmation
Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of booking request and vehicle information. Complex electrical issues may require an initial assessment before full diagnostic services. Specific booking terms will be confirmed during the reservation process.
Last-minute changes to service requirements may affect pricing and timing, which will be communicated before service begins.
6. Pricing and Payment Terms
Service fees are as published and payable upon vehicle collection. Additional charges may apply for complex diagnostics, extended troubleshooting, or specialist programming. Final payment is due when collecting your vehicle unless alternative arrangements are agreed in writing.
We accept various payment methods including cash, debit cards, and major credit cards. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
7. Safety and Technical Protocols
We maintain strict safety protocols including proper vehicle grounding, static electricity protection, and manufacturer procedures. Vehicles with dangerous electrical faults may require additional safety measures or specialist handling.
We maintain appropriate insurance but cannot accept responsibility for pre-existing electrical conditions or issues resulting from previous repairs or modifications.
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled without charge with 24 hours notice. Cancellations within 12 hours may incur a 50% diagnostic fee. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may require rescheduling to avoid disrupting other appointments.
We understand that circumstances change and will make reasonable efforts to accommodate genuine emergency situations with appropriate notice.
9. Diagnostic Findings and Repair Approval
Complex electrical issues may reveal additional problems during diagnosis. We will discuss findings and obtain consent before proceeding with any additional repairs. Additional fees may apply for extended diagnostics or complex repairs.
We prioritise vehicle safety and system integrity in all repair decisions, especially regarding electrical system conditions.
10. Vehicle Data and Privacy
Diagnostic procedures may involve accessing vehicle computer systems and stored data. We treat all vehicle data as confidential and use it solely for diagnostic and repair purposes. No vehicle data is shared with third parties without your consent.
Clients may request deletion of diagnostic data by contacting us in writing, subject to legal and warranty requirements.
11. Parts and Components
We use quality electrical components and programming tools suitable for your vehicle's specifications. While we take care in component selection, individual vehicle responses can vary. We cannot guarantee completely issue-free experiences due to variations in vehicle electrical systems.
Clients must inform us of any known electrical system peculiarities or previous component failures before services begin.
12. Warranty and Service Guarantees
Our services include a 6-month warranty on repairs against workmanship defects. This excludes components with separate manufacturer warranties and issues arising from unrelated electrical faults or vehicle accidents.
Warranty claims require presentation of the original service invoice and verification that the vehicle hasn't been modified since our repair.
13. Liability Limitations
Our liability for auto electrical services is limited to the service fees paid. We cannot accept responsibility for pre-existing electrical conditions, age-related system degradation, or issues resulting from vehicle modifications.
We maintain appropriate insurance and follow industry best practices in all our auto electrical services.
